Policies

Bookings:

• Please review all policies before booking. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your shoot date and time, with the remaining balance due the day of your session. Note that props and wardrobe are not provided.

Payment Terms:

• All payments must be completed on the day of the shoot, following the session, unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Cash app.

Tardiness:

• Timeliness is important! A late fee will apply if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time. Please keep in mind that due to studio and photographer availability, your session time may not be extended if delayed.

Rescheduling and cancellation: 

• While deposits are non-refundable, they can be transferred if you need to reschedule. Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to arrange a new session date.

Photos: 

• You will receive all watermarked photos for selection within 48 hours of the shoot. Edited images have a turnaround time of 7–10 business days. Expedited editing is available for an additional $100.

Travel: 

• A travel fee will be applied for shoots located outside of Houston, including other cities and states.

Retouching & Editing:

• Edits include standard retouching (such as color correction, skin smoothing, and blemish removal). Advanced edits or additional requests outside of the initial agreement may incur an additional fee.
